Choose an analyzed item first. cleanup ranks OpenStreetMap recycling points using any published material tags; a match is still not a guarantee of acceptance.

03 · ACT
Record the next action.
The current MVP does not dispatch a real collector. A live published material match can receive a server-signed pre-action plan; after the scheduled time, completion can be server-attested. Physical handoff remains self-reported.
04 · IMPACT
Count server-attested matched completions.
Impact uses server-revalidated signed completion receipts. The receipt proves cleanup signed the matched plan and acknowledged completion after schedule; it does not prove a recycler physically received the waste.
